Atlas Concrete Ltd designs, manufactures and supplies bespoke precast concrete Terrace units, precast concrete steps and precast concrete stairs, all made to suit customers’ individual requirements. Associated products include precast concrete treads, risers, landings, floors, planks, and slabs. Slip resistant and visual contrast inserts and lifting points can be cast into our precast stairs and precast steps. Cast-in inserts are ideal for areas where visibility is poor and / or where wet or greasy conditions are likely to be a problem.
We provide a comprehensive in-house design service that includes the supply of general arrangement drawings for approval.
We manufacture precast Terrace units, including winder or curved staircases in a wide variety of materials including plain and coloured concrete, combined with an extensive choice of selected aggregates. Our technical team can work with you to create specific mix designs and finishes.
Our precast staircases are fully compliant to British standards and can include etched finishes, sandblasted finishes, and exposed aggregate finishes. Atlas Concrete Ltd works to precise tolerances and exceptional levels of quality and surface finish. The majority of our precast stairs are cosmetically finished to BS 8110 in a Type B finish.
